By accessing or using the services of ClearEdge Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided

ClearEdge Services offers property maintenance solutions including, but not limited to, lawn mowing, gardening, and handyman services. All work is performed by qualified team members or subcontractors under our coordination.

Bookings & Scheduling

Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our website. We aim to confirm all bookings and arrival windows in advance. Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the information you supply. If site conditions differ significantly, additional charges may apply. Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Invoices are due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as specified on the invoice.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee, especially if travel or preparation has already occurred.

Liability

While we take care in delivering all services, ClearEdge Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing issues or damage
  • Damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Events outside of our control, such as weather delays

Access Requirements

You must ensure safe, reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the services. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may reschedule or charge a call-out fee.

Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service where team members face unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.
